Saima Noor to appear with Faysal Qureshi in her next drama serial

News is it that veteran film and television actress Saima Noor and the much-admired Faysal Qureshi have paired up for an upcoming Pakistani drama serial. The serial has been written by Shagufta Bhatti and is being directed by Mohsin Mirza.

The news has left fans much excited, for two of these popular celebrities have a long list of hit projects to their respective names but have not been observed together before. The genre of the serial has not been announced yet, but considering the record of Saima Noor’s dramatic productions ever since she left the film industry, an issue-based serial is probably in the making for that is what she has been doing frequently.

Some of Saima’s notable drama serials include ‘Kaneez’, ‘Rang Laaga’, ‘Mubarik Ho Beti Hui Hai’, ‘Yeh Mera Deewana-pan Hai’ and ‘Babban Khala Ki Betiyan’, all of which are known for dealing with one social issue or another.

Faysal Qureshi too, has lately been observed preferring unique storylines over traditional romances, thus resulting in the viewers hoping for a wonderful project starring two choosy performers like Faysal and Saima.
