Petroleum products prices likely to jump by Rs10.7 per liter

ISLAMABAD:–The price of petroleum products is expected to shoot up by Rs10.7 across the country from February 1.
According to sources, the price of petrol will move up by Rs5.85 per liter, while the rate of High Speed Diesel (HSD) will increase by Rs10.7 per liter.
Rs10 per liter hike is also expected in price of light diesel.
The Finance Division will take the final decision after consultations with Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The government had on January 15 announced Rs3.01 increase in the price of petrol owing to the rising petroleum prices in the international market.
